Why this page is important
This is the kind of screen that becomes painful if billing state only exists in provider dashboards. Purchase makes it possible to read a coherent local view instead.
Portal direction
The example currently emphasizes activity and ownership, but this is also the natural place to add portal.createSession(...) actions for customer self-service flows.
